The principals of Classic Homes have been building single-family homes and townhomes since 1983. They have built several thousand homes in the northern Virginia area and have recently opened offices in Maryland, serving Montgomery, Prince Georges, Howard, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Charles, Calvert and Carroll counties.
 

Classic Homes has developed numerous residential communities in Virginia and continues to do so today, building primarily in Prince William, Stafford, Fairfax, and Loudon counties. In Maryland, the company builds affordable, high-quality, custom and semi-custom homes on customer-owned land.
