Open Houses are the perfect opportunity to meet with our sales representatives one-on-one, learn about our business model, and also see one of our newly built homes and the outstanding quality that is consistently delivered in every Classic Home.

If you'll be attending one of our Open Houses, observe the following features that are provided in all of the homes we build:

• Open and flowing floor plan design - minimal use of walls that can restrict and limit openness
• Abundant natural light - placement of several large windows, especially in the rear of the home where most living will be
• Spacious and well-planned Kitchen open to Family Room and Morning Room - designed so that Owners don't feel secluded while spending time preparing a meal
• Large Master Baths - separated double vanities, large, glass enclosed shower, soaking or whirlpool tub with casement windows above, private commode, and luxurious flooring in either ceramic or marble tile.
• Attention to detail - precise craftmanship in trim work, carpentry, fixtures, cabinetry, etc
• Solid foundations and structural support - visit an unfinished basement and notice that there are no steel poles that are often used in other homes as cheaper forms of support.  Notice the strong, engineered I-beams above that are built close together, preventing floors from ever squeaking or caving.

Because Open Houses are sometimes hosted in homes just before delivery, we may request that guests cover or remove shoes.  In such cases, we will have shoe booties for your convenience.  Food and drinks not permitted inside the homes.
