1. Purchase a Classic HomePurchasing the home you’ve always wanted is easy with us. Once you've selected your model and major options, you're ready to sign. Your contract will include a detailed description of your home including all of the options you have selected. You'll have time to make changes even after this point, so don't worry if you're not exactly sure about your Design Center selections yet. |

2. Apply for your LoanChoose one of Classic Homes’ several preferred lenders to offer you complete financing for your new home. We work with well-known established institutions such as BB&T, First Horizon, Suburban Federal, The HomeBanc, and more. Apply for your loan and close within just 30 days.                 |
3. Work with our ArchitectsOur architects will immediately get started on making all the necessary changes and adding the finishing touches so that we can create the perfect home for you. (Approx. 3-10 days) |

4. Prepare your Site PlansClassic Homes will assist you in hiring a land engineer to prepare your site plan (grading plans) in order to apply for your building permit. (Approx. 2-4 weeks) |

6. Start ConstructionLet the fun begin! Once you have your building permit, we can start constructing your dream home. From this point, you’re just a few short months away from moving in to the home you’ve been waiting for! (Approx. 6 months) |
7. Move in to your new homeEven after you move in, Classic Homes will continue to ensure your satisfaction. With quarterly walk-thrus during the first year you can rest assure that you’ll have someone to turn to when you need assistance.
