If you do not already own a lot:
Step 1:
Obtain a pre-approval letter from one of our preferred lenders. This can also be a good-faith estimate or some sort of verification indicating how much you'd like to spend on your land and on your new home.
Step 2:
Contact one of our land agents to assist you in finding a lot. Classic Homes offers a free service to our customers who are looking for land on which to build a Classic home. Our agents will work with you to find the right lot in the area of your choice that fits within your budget.
Step 3:
Choose your home! Call our Sales Division to set up an appointment to discuss floor plans, options and pricing. Read our Financing page to learn how simple it is to get 100% financing for your new home.
For lot owners:
Whether you want to tear down your existing home and build new, or you own a property on which you want to build a new home, it's very easy to get started on building your dream home. Whether you're building for your self or for investment, Classic Homes will help you design the perfect home for your lot.
Classic Homes has done the tough part for you - you don't have to come up with an efficient house design and have to pay thousands of dollars (architects can charge any where from $10,000 to $50,000 just for plans). We've already spent years designing homes so you don't have to!
If you have a wish list or special requirements, just say so. All of our floor plans are flexible and can be modified to suit your needs. Have a design of your own?
